Mario Beauregard, PhD

This week’s guest, Dr. Mario Beauregard is a scientist who can provide the neuroscience that helps us understand consciousness. Post materialist science looks beyond the physical manifestation of the world to the phenomena unexplainable by materialism.

Near death experiences, the placebo effect, psi phenomena, and all the experiences we consider ‘spiritual’ or ‘energy’ are starting to have scientific explanations.

Mario Beauregard, PhD., is a neuroscientist currently affiliated with the Department of Psychology, University of Arizona. He has received a bachelor degree in psychology and a doctorate degree in neuroscience from the University of Montreal. He did a post postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Texas Medical School (Houston) and at the Montreal Neurological Institute, McGill University.

In other words… he is the real deal when it comes to the science behind all the stuff we usually talk about on the show!

He wrote the book, ‘The Spiritual Brain.’
