What to expect...

Intake Interview...
I spend time on the phone with each new client to get to know you, let you meet me and ask questions and get the details of your situation. This time together includes an introduction to my approach, some education about this work, data collection and often counseling. I will also do a quick scan of the property, person or situation to determine what unseen issues will need to be addressed.

We spend 20 minutes to an hour with each client for this thorough and unhurried process. We value this time at $50, which is included in the quote for your clearing. If, after spending time with us you decide not to go forward working with us we will bill you for this interview, which people often tell us has a clearing or 'healing' effect on it's own.

Quote...
At the end of the Intake Interview I will give you a comprehensive quote on the work we discussed.

Payment / Pictures...
To minimize the time and attention I need to spend on financial arrangements, I ask for payment in advance, by credit or debit card using PayPal, whenever possible. I will send a PayPal Invoice by email which acts as a contract, confirmation and provides instructions for payment and for emailing photos. You will receive a receipt by email. Remote Clearing...
When I have your intake information, payment, photos and, if needed,I have downloaded satellite photos, I put your case package into the work queue. I will then perform your clearing as soon as possible in the sequence it was received.

Report...
I prepare a comprehensive report that is both a list of what was found and cleared and an informative and educational overview of the concepts and terminology I use. Reports are typically completed within a few days of the clearing and are sent to you by email.

Follow Up...
Many factors affect the outcomes of a clearing. Sometimes things are obviously different and improve immediately. Sometimes things improve over several months. Occasionally things will still seems stuck or stalled requiring follow up clearing or investigation of WHO is holding onto the property.

With this in mind, we offer an automated email reminder that will ask you to report back to me about the situation each week. I am happy to revisit situations several times for up to two months to get the desired outcome. In some rare cases a person will need a full clearing to allow the property to sell.

On the other hand, some things just unfold in ways that are not the preferred outcome. Timing may be affected by many factors. In those situations there is always a noticeable improvement in the situation... for example, during court cases or negotiations, our clients report that they felt stronger, clearer and better able to handle the outcomes even if it was not the one they envisioned.

Emergency / Priority Service, which moves your case to the top of the queue, is available for an additional fee of $135 .

From my offices in Massachusetts, USA I can access and clear people, property and situations anywhere on the planet. I am presently working with clients in Australia... which is literally as far away as one can be from my location. (Well, Antarctica is further, but there is so little work there.)

A number of factors affect the time, risk, difficulty and value of these services and are added into the quote.

BASE PRICES for residential properties


$200 /building (Plus other factors)

$200 plus $100 per additional 1000 sq. ft. or fraction thereof. (Example: if 3000 sq .ft. add $100. $200+$100=$300)

Additional factors added to quote...

These include, but are not limited to the age and history of the property; Acreage and outbuildings; Proximity to problem sites; Surface, manmade and underground water or water flows; Lifestyle of past or present owners or tenants; Amenities including location, and unusual interior or exterior details; Market price and location (for example Manhattan, the Los Angeles area and Sedona AZ are each, for deferring reasons, more complex and difficult energies to work with.)

We also sometimes find unusual energetic features of the land; historical dramas that are still affecting the present moment in the timeline; large numbers of ghosts and particularly recalcitrant demons or other entities. (All in a days work here.)

I will gladly give you a quote for any property and situation, but, while it rarely happens, we do reserve the right to refuse service for a specific case.

FREE BONUS: I typically check a property once after the initial healing and I am happy to check and rebalance the energy once a week for up to two months if there are issues that have not resolved and you let us know what's happening. This is especially true if the property is on the market for sale.

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTIONS
for prospective buyers and investors

This service provides information about the physical structure and possible defects, land, utilities, water and maintenance plus tenants, neighbors, and legal etc, as well as historic and spiritual issues. I have on occasion uncovered hidden damage that would not have been visible in on-site inspection if the home inspector was not following my report notes.

An indispensable service when considering any property purchase. Especially important for investors who may never actually see the building they are purchasing.

A separate service, but priced identically to House Healing as shown above.

QUARTERLY CLEARING PACKAGE (QCPAC)

When I started doing this work clients reported that the results of a house clearing remained relatively stable for six months or a year, sometimes more. This did vary somewhat with the location of the property, what was around it and what was happening to the people in the home, but we got results that 'held.'

Planet Earth is going through huge spiritual changes. Among the most noticeable markers of these changes are climate and weather changes, volcanic eruptions and earthquakes, wars, and political and religious upheaval. All of these are indications of the profound transformation we are going through.

As this has accelerated I have noticed that houses I have cleared are tending to shift. This is partly due to Earth changes, and partly due to the healing each of us is going through as part of these Earth changes. In other words as you change, heal and release old patterns you change the energy of your house.

Based on this observation and the feedback of clients I have started suggesting quarterly clearings. To make this work for everyone I now offer a discounted Quarterly Clearing program for existing clients.

Here is how it works...
Since I have already done a clearing for you and you have experienced an intake interview and are familiar with our methods and terminology. Doing an additional clearing at the same property has much lower administrative requirements than an initial clearing. This reduces the time I need to set up and do the clearing and I can use a short summary report.

On-site Energetic Security Service...
for training / event rooms up to 3000 attendees. Security is not just burly guys in black t-shirts. As always the unseen is creating and changing what is seen. Deal with problems before they can occur and when they happen.

Real time remote services are typically $200 to $300/hour plus any expenses. (Larger spaces and larger groups increase the intensity, complexity and responsibility of the situation. Ask for quote)

TRAVELER SUPPORT PROGRAM

We often are called upon to clear and hotel rooms, hotel function rooms, public and rental transportation vehicles including airplanes and travel terminal buildings.

This service started as a favor for friends who called us when the could not sleep well or felt uneasy in their hotel rooms. We provide this service to deal with the rather problematic energy of public spaces.

The wealthy always have a lawyer 'on retainer,' meaning they pay a fee to have them immediately available. Now you can have me on retainer. That's won't replace a lawyer but might reduce the need for one.

The Quick Response Retainer /VIP Access program gives you a way to access me for all those situations. These might include when... This is not for full fledged personal, property or business clearings, although by participating in this program you will receive a substantial discount on any clearing you do require. (Larger discounts on property clearings are available through the Quarterly Clearing program.)

This program is only available to existing customers. You must be an existing client who has had a personal, property or business clearing. We can't legally call this 'insurance' but it will certainly be another way that you prepare for life's unexpected glitches and struggles.

REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM —
Our Pay It Forward Fund (Inspired by the movie 'Pay It Forward')

This work is experiential and, our business thrives on referrals and word-of mouth. Please tell people about your experience so that they can understand the benefits of this work.

I want to thank you for your referrals and will gladly pay a 10% referral fee. But for most situations this would not even buy a special lunch for two. So I have set up something I think is even better.

When anyone you refer becomes my client...,
I will put 10% of their payment into a 'Pay it Forward' fund in your name. This money will be used to pay for services to those who need this work but cannot afford to pay the full fee at this time.

Here is how it works...
People frequently hear of my work and cannot afford the fees. Here is were your referral fee comes in. When someone needs our services but cannot afford them I will provide the service for a fee of $100, if there is scholarship money in the Pay It Forward Fund to cover the rest of my customary fee. (I charge this nominal amount because I know from experience that something that is received for free is not valued in the same way as something for which one has to pay.)

The referral fees we would have paid as a thank you gift to you will pay for others in need to receive these services. If you like you to, you can opt in to an email list that will periodically tell how much has been accrued and how it has been used, including the stories of people who have benefited.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a charity...
Please note that, at this point, this program is not a non-profit organization or legal charity. We may eventually set that up, but for now, this is just a simple dance of giving and receiving that we can do together to help others. What goes around comes around.

You can however donate to this fund if you would like to help me with this scholarship fund that assists those in need. (Because it is not yet a established charity you CANNOT claim any tax benefit for this donation. At some point we may be able to establish a non-profit or charitable fund for this purpose.)

PRO BONO WORK

I often do pro bono work. For example I usually clear public buildings, infants and preschoolers, and children in trouble, without fee whenever the situation arises. I also do whatever my Angelic guides tell me needs to be done anywhere and pretty much anywhen. I also clear every public building that I or my child will be in and the airports and other transportation either of us use.

I have also been asked by people in various localities to clear specific public sites and situations and I'm happy to work with interested parties, local officials and public interest groups to clear buildings and places of historic or present troubles. We never charge for this work but do appreciate some public acknowledgment so that people are aware of our work and ongoing feedback about the outcome which is helpful both as feedback and as testimonials.

We are especially interested in working on buildings and complexes that are being repurposed from their historic use, such as old mills, psychiatric hospitals, schools for the developmentally disabled, prisons, churches, etc. These places typically require physical toxic waste removal. We remove another type of toxic waste... the remains of the emotions, traumas and dramas expressed there and the lost souls and other beings trapped there. The difference in how the place will feel and in the ease with which the project will progress is likely to be dramatic.

Got Ghosts?
'There are t things that go bump in the night and we are the one's that bump back.' (Quote: 'HellBoy') Most ghosts are lost, confused and don't know they are dead. It is my privilege and honor to help them get home. This role is termed psychopomp, guiding the soul. I have also helped people in coma or who have recently died.

I also deal with other spiritual entities including Demons. This role is sometimes called Exorcist and the process is considered Exorcism, but we often also deal with Aliens (yeah, turns out they're real) and interdimensional beings (even physics acknowledges there are more than four dimensions of space-time and there may be life in other dimensions.)

A NASA scientist was know to say 'If something happens, it's possible.' Believe me, I did NOT know about or believe in these things before I did this work. Experience quickly supercedes belief and consistent anecdotal evidence from our clients confirms palpable results in their lives.

The good news? You don't need to know anything about it because I do. In the same way that you don't need to haul your own trash or clean your own septic system, I'm who you're going to call for this kind of cleanup.
